Rentals
For rental inquiries, please contact @disarmstore on Instagram or email miles@disarmstore.com We are only accepting serious requests for paid rentals at the moment. All rentals are subject to a contractual agreement, which will specify the finer details and must be signed by both parties prior to any items being sent. 

Payment Methods

We currently accept PayPal, Klarna and all forms of Card Payments - To ensure that your data is protected, we are compliant with PCI DSS Security Level 1, which is the highest level of data security. 
 
Anti-Fraud Warning
At Disarm we take fraud and chargeback claims very seriously. Any attempts at fraud, scams, or chargeback scams will be raised with our legal team and the individual(s) who have attempted to fraud/scam Disarm will have their information forwarded onto domestic and international regulatory authorities for potential further legal action and prosecution. 

Please be aware, on high value orders we may ask you for proof of identity and a picture of the card used to place the order with the last 4 digits of the card number and name shown.

Terms and Conditions 
All items sold on Disarm are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Some items are in used condition and will show signs of wear, please see the condition of the item as detailed in the description and note any defects shown in pictures of the items. If there are any questions please message before purchasing.
  • Authenticity Guarantee - All items are inspected by hand by our highly knowledgeable team, to ensure only legitimate items make it to your door.
  • Item measurements are taken by hand and I try my best to document the sizing accurately. If there are any questions please message before purchasing - P2P = Armpit to Armpit (Laid Flat), Length = Inside base of collar to hem on longest side.
  • No returns, refunds, cancellations or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.
  • We attempt get items shipped as soon as possible. If there is any concern, please feel free to message me on Instagram @disarmstore
